Ottawa, Ontario alternative rock trio, Emmas Ringer, have delivered a video for their awesome new track "Hong Kong." The song is from their latest record 'Generations,' made up of 11 tracks that pull from influences across a number of rock sub-genres. This record wasn't just slapped together, it is the product of a lot of hard work and two separate recording sessions that occurred in Toronto over the course of two years.
Emmas Ringer was originally founded in the early 2000s, before reforming as a two-piece in 2011, consisting of Scott Maybee on vocals and guitar, and Scott McCooeye on keyboards (Lennon and McCartney, Maybee and McCooeye. I'd say it works). The band officially recruited drummer Owen Coffin the following year (no word on whether he was actually found inside of a coffin).
