A new design, a new album featuring a martial Western-style cover and a sheriff’s star as their current logo: 9mm are back! Those self-appointed representatives of justice, those modern-age marshals are ready to present their new album Nitro Killers, featuring melodies like dynamite that reek of gunpowder, lead and whiskey. Their rock salute to announce their latest call to arms sounds louder than ever before: “Wir sind wieder da, durstig auch im neuen Jahr, sexy, schön und unheilbar, olé viva la fiesta (We’re back, thirsty as ever in the new year, sexy, beautiful and incurable, olé viva la fiesta),” screams rock’n’roll heavyweight Rock Rotten confidently on that ultimate good-time party number ‘Olé Viva La Fiesta’. For nine years now, their merciless kick-ass metal rock’n’roll has been sounding through Germany and its neighbouring countries. 2008 saw 9mm leave their first and unmistakable mark with their hit ‘Assi Rock’n’Roll’, supported by celebrated tours and festival appearances at Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze, G.O.N.D. and Deutschrock-Monsterfestival.
